If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to review our Refund Policy carefully.

At Africa Plus, we work every day to provide the best entertainment experience and customer satisfaction through our services. However, we understand that, like any digital service, our subscriptions may not always work perfectly for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience an issue that we are unable to resolve, making the service unusable, we will gladly offer a refund under the conditions below.

How to Request a Refund

Please send your order number with the subject line “Refund Request” and describe the issue you are experiencing along with the reason for your request. Please provide any supporting evidence so we can review the matter transparently and fairly.

Conditions

• We cannot provide refunds for technical issues unless you first allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem.

• If we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will issue a refund.

• Refund requests are only accepted within 72 hours of the purchase date.

• After 72 hours, refunds can no longer be processed.

• If payment was made by credit card, refunds are usually processed and returned to the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.

• However, in some cases, refund processing may take up to 90 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

• Africa Plus acts solely as a digital service provider and not as the payment processor.

• Full refunds are only available for purchases made within the first 72 hours.

• Any other refund requests may be partially refunded based on the subscription period already used.

• The Africa Plus support team will contact users regarding all refund cases.

Important Notice

Refunds typically take between 20 and 90 business days to complete, depending on the payment processor. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process. Once the refund request is approved and the user’s information is verified, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

• The customer is dissatisfied with channel selection or channel performance. We strongly recommend using the trial period before purchasing long-term plans.

• The customer is unable to properly configure their own device or system. We provide full support and guidance for setup whenever possible.

• Some channels temporarily freeze, buffer, or stop working. While our servers are generally stable, temporary interruptions may occur for reasons beyond our control.

Temporary issues may be caused by:

• Customer internet fluctuations

• Incorrect device or application settings

• Internet provider problems

• Channel server outages

• Customer requests to change or cancel services

• Server maintenance or weekly updates

If a user cannot access their subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server issue or another problem caused by our side, we will either:

• Refund the full package price, or

• Extend the subscription to cover the lost time, including additional bonus time when applicable.
